    Salary Range:
    $120,000 - $140,000, plus commissionsWhat You'll DoAs part of the Exyn sales team focusing on building our customer base within infrastructure inspection, you'll be tasked with building and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, achieving sales goals, and improving sales-related key performance indicators (KPIs). You will manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, provide constructive feedback on previous sales activities to grow the technical sales aptitude of existing employees and align individual sales strategies with the organizational sales strategy.

    Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    Developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in the infrastructure inspection space.
    Prioritizing accounts and developing an engagement strategy for each account to identify key contacts.
    Developing a deep understanding of your vertical's customers, workflows, and pain points.

    Ensuring smooth execution with team support for in-person demos on construction sites and collaborating with engineering and customer success to provide effective demos and/or product training as necessary.

    Fielding and escalating customer requests & needs for future product development.
    Gathering and sharing intelligence on competitor activity with our marketing team.
    Traveling domestically & internationally.

    Forecasting and tracking sales activities, keeping management informed in a timely fashion, and identifying new opportunities in existing and net new accounts.

    Maintaining good working relationships with existing customers to enhance retention and new sales through referrals and references.

    What We're Looking ForWhen reviewing resumes, we'll be looking to see that:

    At least 5 years of experience with B2B technical product sales, specifically in infrastructure inspectionExperience executing on-site technical product demonstrationsExperience setting, achieving, and exceeding revenue goalsSuccess in building relationships and growing your network both inside and outside the industryWe recognize that underrepresented groups such as women and BIPOC individuals are historically less likely to apply to a role if they don't meet 100% of the listed qualifications.

    CompensationThe salary range for this position is from $120,000 - $140,000, plus commissions.
