DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
- The Patient Experience Support / Data Specialist is responsible for reporting, and action planning related to patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position works with and supports the clinical and support service leaders in the use of patient experience survey data and unit level performance improvement strategies to enhance patient experience. This is a customer facing position which actively promotes and maintains a positive, professional and team
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
Experience:
Experience in a hospital or health care agency preferred. Experience in data reporting and analysis preferred

Education and Training:
- Graduate of an accredited college of university with a Bachelors' Degree is preferred.
License, Certification & Registration:
- None.
Other Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, selfmotivated.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills necessary to interact with staff and patients at all levels
