    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive IARR growth in Enterprise account base through acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and securing renewals
    • Assess sales activities and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for enhancement, implementing necessary changes to meet sales targets
    • Coach Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs) to enhance their sales competencies in areas such as market management, forecasting, prospecting, negotiation, and other essential skills
    • Formulate and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, upgrades, and renewals while ensuring adherence to Rules of Engagement and accurate reporting in SFDC
    • Contribute value in complex negotiations and closing new deals, leveraging Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive leadership effectively to drive outcomes
    • Collaborate with each AE to devise and execute Quarterly Business Review plans aimed at achieving sales quotas
    • Communicate field-derived product and business requirements to relevant Lucid departments
    • Facilitate in recruiting, staffing, and training efforts to expand and sustain Enterprise sales teams
    • Monitor productivity, pipeline health, and quality to ensure teams achieve established objectives and standards
    • Continuously enhance processes, suggest and implement sales methodologies, strategies, and training programs
    • Support in the development of programs that align with target goals to aid teams and individual representatives
    • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards in SFDC to maintain up-to-date pipeline and forecast data
    • Develop expertise in the features of the Lucid suite to effectively communicate complete solution narratives
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with a preference for tech/SaaS industry exposure
    • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise sales management
    • Demonstrated proficiency in coaching and leadership
    • Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in SFDC reporting, Tableau, Outreach, and similar sales software solutions
    • Located in the Western region of the US
