    We are seeking Providers with clinical licensure to join our team All positions are 100% remote.

    Must haves:

    • Must be licensed in South Carolina - LPC / LMFT / LISW / LCSW /Clinical Psychologist
    • Internet Access
    • Phone Access

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide Supervision to LSW and LPC-A staff
    • Review and sign treatment plans and notes
    • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

    Qualifications:

    • Valid South Carolina license
    • NPI number (type 1)
    • Malpractice Insurance
    • CAQH account
