- Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) -

What to expect:


  • You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable for our customers in the transportation and parcel business (collection, account reconciliation, monitoring of open items, SEPA direct debit collections, return debits, debt collection, handling of insolvencies)
  • You will communicate with our clients in German and English, internal departments, field staff, other group companies, and debt collection agencies
  • You will book all debtor transactions for group companies and thirdparty customers
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining SEPA direct debit mandates, as well as assessing credit risks and determining individual value adjustments on a monthly basis
  • You will be responsible for monitoring overdue payments for creditinsured customers and reporting credit limits to our credit insurer

What you should bring:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have several years of professional experience in finance/accounts receivable accounting
  • You have good MS Office skills and practical experience with ITbased accounting systems
  • You describe yourself as highly serviceoriented, communic
