Gedikom GmbH, a subsidiary of the Bavarian Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KVB), operates a medical service center and organizes on-call practices throughout Bavaria to ensure optimal medical care for citizens.

We are looking for
Shift Leaders for our Service Center (m/f/d) in
part-time (23.4 hours per week) starting on February 1st, 2023.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for projects in the service center during ongoing operations: coordinating shift schedules and personnel deployment, managing complaints, ensuring defined KPIs, and leading project staff.

What you need to bring

Medical experience, preferably in a medical or commercial field
Experience in a service center or in the medical field is desirable
Good knowledge of MS Office
First leadership experience
Willingness to work shifts and on weekends and holidays

What you can look forward to
