Role Summary:
Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:

Project Implementation
:
- Craft comprehensive design documents outlining the proposed changes.
System Maintenance
:
- Take charge of maintaining various systems and technologies.
Application Administration

:
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Documentation
:
- Maintain uptodate documentation encompassing IT PMO, Disaster Recovery, Interconnection, and other relevant areas.
Testing
:
- Carefully review and manage the testing of multiple system upgrades before releasing them to Buckeye Business.
On-Call Support
:
- Offer oncall support during nonbusiness hours to Operations as needed.
- Provide prompt and effective assistance to resolve any issues that may arise.
Customer Service
:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Process Improvements
:
- Lead initiatives to streamline existing processes and enhance overall efficiency.
People Management
:
- If Direct Reports exists, provide performance planning and guidance for direct reports, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with direct reports to mentor soft, strategic, and technical skills.
- Share technical expertise with colleagues to facilitate problemsolving and collective success.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
Position Requirements:

Education. Bachelor's degree in computer science or business preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 10+ Years of experience in Low Code Development implementation and support experience.
- Microsoft Certifications in Azure and Power Platform are desired.
- Supporting Power Platform Apps, both Canvas Apps and Model Driven apps.
- Experience with backend technologies including Dataverse and SQL.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Technologies.
- Experience developing online training and test plans/scripts.
- Knowledge of SQL and SharePoint preferred.
- Ability to travel up to
10% domestically and internationally.
