Description

If you are an experienced clinician or a new graduate looking to help improve our community and grow professionally, then keep reading because this is for you
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will assist local Youth in schools with Outpatient services in their natural environment.

Outpatient Clinicians provide direct services to BHN clients via outcome-driven, evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training and support.
Valley Human Services has agreements with multiple local K-12 schools. Traditional Outpatient services are offered during the school day and are available in person, telehealth, and clinic location. This helps services be accessible to youth and their families, and offers a work schedule that mostly takes place during the school day/year schedule for Clinicians.

Clinical services include comprehensive assessments, individual, couple, family, and group therapy, and coordination with other service providers as indicated.

Outpatient Clinicians provide clinically appropriate care to assigned clients, participate in clinical team meetings and supervision, formulate collaborative treatment plans, measure progress toward set outcomes, and coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.

**School-Based
Outpatient Clinicians may hold Full-time or Part-time salaried or Fee-for-Service hourly positions (minimum average of 8-10 hrs./week,).

Flexible productivity model accommodates the normal year for youth in schools, while still offering a reliable consistent paycheck year round.

We offer a generous sign-on bonus if you are new to BHN, along with a newly higher salary structure and the potential for earned productivity bonuses.
