SNI has partnered with a publicly traded company in Frisco looking for a Tax Manager to join the team.This position will be responsible for managing corporate tax compliance, preparing tax provisions, and assisting with administration of the companys equity plan.
Our client has a strong executive team, is growing through acquisitions, and promotes from within.This is an exciting opportunity for a Tax Senior to step up into a Tax Manager role with the support of a tenured Tax Director and VP of Tax.
Responsibilites:
Oversee preparation and timely filing of all federal, state, and local tax returnsPrepare ASC 740 tax provision schedules Research complex tax issues and transactions; formulate opinions for use by senior managementSupervise and train support staff Competencies:Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Masters degree a plusCPA license is strongly preferred4+ years of tax preparation experience preferred
