For more than 50 years, the kbo Children's Center Munich has been a pioneer in social pediatrics and offers the widest range of treatments in Germany with around 300 employees, both in terms of diagnostic and therapeutic options, as well as specialized consultations.

In the specialist clinic for social pediatrics and the social pediatric center (SPZ), teams (m/f/d) of doctors, psychologists, employees in nursing and educational services, as well as therapists and social pedagogues work together in an interdisciplinary manner.

Head of Quality Management and Patient Coordination (w/m/d)

Your tasks
Quality Management Area

  • Further development of the already established QM system
  • Implementation of the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:201
  • Consultation of the top management regarding the QM system
  • Preparation, implementation, and support of internal and external audits
  • Training and information of employees regarding the QM system
  • Support in the areas of risk, error, and complaint management
Patient Coordination Area

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the patient coordination area
  • Conducting employee discussions and setting goals
  • Participation in the structural and processoriented
