The MDS Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Nursing Services, oversees the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to ensure MDS assessment completion in alignment with State and Federal regulations.

Main Duties:

Coordinate the Medicare/MDS resident assessment process

Ensure timely completion of MDS assessments by the Interdisciplinary Team:

Manage the development, execution, and assessment of care plans:

Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions:

Provide essential nursing care while following infection control standards:

-
Adhere to safety guidelines during nursing procedures:

-
Implement emergency measures as per center policy and nursing standards:

-
Facilitate essential information exchange for quality resident care:

-
Maintain all necessary documentation per Federal and state regulations, and Company policies:

-
Participate in all assigned meetings and training sessions:

-
Demonstrate professionalism through attire, behavior, and communication with clients:

Adhere to Company standards in handling client inquiries:

-
RN license is a mandatory requirement
**This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
