Description

We are a Chicago Loop property tax law firm looking for a meticulous, well-organized, and enthusiastic Research Assistant to join our team.

You will be responsible for a wide range of research tasks under the guidance of our Operations Director and attorneys.

You will have a combination of remote and in-office work days, with the initial weeks focused entirely on-site for training.

Masks and social distancing protocols are enforced in our office premises.

Responsibilities

• Perform research and collect evidence for residential and commercial properties
• Handle data entry, including updating company databases with case outcomes
• Aid in gathering evidence for legal cases and meeting deadlines by submitting to the State's Attorney's Office

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet weekly deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong mathematical skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer literacy and organizational abilities
• Fluent in English

Pay:
$45,000.00 per year
