Your responsibilities will include being the go-to person for technical support for your colleagues, providing advice on Microsoft M365 and internal applications on PCs and mobile devices, and ensuring smooth processes.

You will also work closely with employees to identify and solve problems, document work processes in our internal ticket system, and maintain our current IT inventory.


Thanks to your expertise in installing, maintaining, and supporting IT equipment and decentralized systems (computers, printers, telephony, media technology, LAN/WAN, etc.), you will play a crucial role in increasing our productivity.

You will also work with your team on internal IT projects, using your knowledge to contribute to their successful implementation.
