Our clients include well-known medium-sized companies, wealthy individuals/family offices, as well as founders, start-ups, and venture capital investors.

Since 2015, we have been part of DORNBACH, a nationwide group of business consulting firms providing auditing, tax, legal, and corporate advisory services.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a

Lawyer (m/f/d) for the area of
Corporate Law / M & A / Venture Capital

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Advising on complex projects in corporate law and transformation law
Providing legal support for business transactions (mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital)
Advising start-ups and founders on formation, financing, and exit strategies
Collaborating with our tax and auditing departments

YOUR PROFILE
Above-average exam results, ideally with additional qualifications such as a doctorate or LL.M.
Previous experience in providing legal advice to companies and supporting business transactions
Excellent, fluent English skills
Strong understanding of economic contexts and a business-oriented mindset
Open communication with clients and colleagues, and enjoyment of working in a small team
