    Summary/Objective:


    As the Client Relationship Manager your goal is to continue customer loyalty and satisfaction by maintaining positive relationships with our clients with outstanding customer service, proactive resolution of issues, and the ongoing delivery of value-added services.

    These initiatives are important to the success of our Integrated Services Platform. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining long-term partnerships and fueling sustainable business growth.

    Essential Functions:


    Work closely with Clients by attending daily and/or weekly meetings, drafting action items, and facilitating internal workflows across all departments.

    Planning, budgeting, overseeing and documenting all aspects of specific projects ensuring they are on schedule and within scope.
    Collaborate with upper management to support the development of lean manufacturing processes, continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving, and employee involvement.
    Drive lean training in collaboration with senior management and implement a lean toolkit utilizing PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act). Additionally, lead continuous improvement events resulting in employee skill and knowledge development and KPI performance improvements.

    Use SAP Work Center to ensure the proper management of workflows and work centers, enabling proactive planning across all service lines offered or managed by B&G.

    The manager must also be able to utilize tracking and reporting systems, prepare plans, drive performance, and assure timely completion and achievement of product/process quality and savings goals.

    Responsible for identifying barriers to success and soliciting help from leadership, both internal and external to the organization as needed.

    Responsible for executing continuous improvement activities and providing feedback through appropriate channels.

    Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) Regulations – knowledgeable on how work needs to be conducted to be regulatory complaint (e.g., aware of signage, training, and operations requirements).

    Collaborate with Land department to obtain access to pipeline schematics and plans.
    Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in maintenance of oil and gas pipelines pipeline facilities, and right-of-ways.
    Oversee projects involving patrolling, inspecting, repairing and installing pipelines, as well as assisting in planning and scheduling line repairs.
    Develop and manage integrated project management life cycle in all projects and initiatives across the organization.
    Must comply with all Client Rules and guidance (energy isolation, confined space, hot work, and safe work permitting processes).
    Maintain a professional demeanor at all times in the execution of duties, representing the company positively.
    Required to attend all safety meetings.
    Must be able to work weekends when required and report to work as scheduled.

    Perform other related tasks as assigned in a timely manner, following all applicable company and Client 's rules, regulations and policies, as well as Federal, State and local laws.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
    Strong technical ability with respect to operations and management of oilfield services.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
    Experience in project management methodologies, including coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
    Proficiency in developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
    Ability to perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    Experience using modern Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma, TQM).
    Experience with Lean projects and methodology, especially those with significant business impact, is preferred.
    Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.
    Ability to develop and implement strategies and programs that align with company and departmental objectives.
    Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

    Work Environment

    This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occasionally work in outside weather conditions. The employee is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, cold weather, extreme heat, and vibration.
    Physical Demands

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and be able to work in all types of weather conditions.

    The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have visual acuity to operate a motor vehicle and view a computer terminal.

    While at the worksite the employee may be expected to walk and stand and have the ability to lift 75 lbs.

    The employee will have the ability to concentrate in a busy and simultaneous operations environment and possess the Manual dexterity to operate equipment.

    On occasion this individual might be asked to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and/or crawl.

    Position type and expected hours of work:
    This is a full-time position officing in Williston ND. The typical work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours.
    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales (or equivalent education and technical experience)
    Experience in a client-facing role, such as sales, account management, customer service, or business development, is essential.
    Minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge.
