For our main IT department at our headquarters in Bonn, we are looking for a

Team Leader Frontend Administration

to start as soon as possible. In your role as team leader, you will be responsible for successfully leading the Frontend Administration team, developing processes, and managing project and daily operations while maintaining an overview of everything.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring the operation of applications

  • Supporting and actively shaping ITIL processes

  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring projects

  • Actively providing technical support to team members

  • Responsible for documenting managed systems
