Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

- treasury, budgeting
- cash forecasting
- revenue and expenditure variance analysis

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Track account activity
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors regarding annual health insurance, uniforms and more.

Skills:

• Proven experience in account management or related field
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Strong negotiation skills.
