To expand our team in Maintal-Bischofsheim, we are looking for a Shipping Clerk/Administrator (m/f/d) Import/Export (full-time for order processing) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:
Recording and timely processing of customer orders and purchases Coordination with warehouse and shipping departments as well as with national and international freight forwarders Preparation and processing of customs and shipping documents as well as necessary accompanying documents Communication with suppliers, customers, and interface departments Handling of complaints Your profile: Completed training as a shipping clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), or comparable qualification First professional experience in the field of logistics, order processing, or similar desirable Experience with merchandise management systems advantageous Good computer skills, especially in MS Office Conscientious, structured, and goal-oriented way of working Customer-oriented thinking as well as contact and teamwork skills Negotiation skills in German and English, both written and spoken (additional foreign language skills advantageous)
