Welcome to the role of
Before and Aftercare Customer Service Representative, where your primary mission is to deliver exceptional support and guidance to parents, guardians, and students navigating the before and after school care services.
Your pivotal role ensures a seamless experience for families, enabling them to confidently entrust their children to our care program.
With a focus on stellar customer service and operational efficiency, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing the overall quality and effectiveness of our Before and Aftercare services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist parents with the enrollment process, including filling out necessary forms, providing information about program schedules, fees, and policies, and ensuring all required documentation is submitted correctly.
- Handle billing inquiries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions between school hours and care programs.
- Provide regular updates to parents regarding program activities, special events, and any changes to schedules or policies.
- Address any concerns or issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle complaints or conflicts from parents or students with empathy, professionalism, seeking solutions that satisfy all parties involved while adhering to program policies and guidelines.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as maintaining program records, preparing reports, and ordering supplies as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the before and aftercare program.
- Stay updated on program policies, procedures, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance and customer satisfaction.
- Solicit feedback from parents and students to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of the before and aftercare programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
- 5+ years in customer service roles
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Deescalation skills
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1 to 2 years in customer service roles
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Pay:
From $44,000.00 per year
