Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring correct and timely processing of incoming invoices
  • Accounting and booking of incoming invoices
  • Verification of duplicate invoices/credit notes
  • Processing of down payments and final invoices
  • Verification of electronic incoming invoices
  • Processing of supplier reminders
  • Account reconciliation and various reconciliation tasks with domestic and foreign suppliers
  • Processing of balance confirmations
  • Preparation of creditor master data
  • Communication with suppliers and internal buyers
  • General correspondence

Our desired profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial or tax-related education
  • Relevant experience in the area of accounts payable accounting
  • Application security in tax regulations for financial reporting, confident handling of reverse charge procedures
  • Confident handling of SAP R/3 FI+MM and/or SAP S4/HANA as well as MS Office package
  • IT affinity desirable
