Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Optimize app performance through effective dyno management and Heroku metrics.
Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app deployment and runtime.
Integrate thirdparty services and manage databases with Heroku Postgres.
Collaborate with the development team to create innovative cloudbased solutions.
Creating timelines and development goals.
Maintaining the security and integrity of the Heroku platform.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience with Heroku CLI and buildpacks
Strong background in database management, specifically with PostgreSQL
Familiarity with implementing CI/CD pipelines on Heroku
Proficiency in dyno management and app performance optimization
Solid understanding of Heroku addons and marketplace integrations
Certifications in Heroku or cloudbased technologies
Advanced knowledge of app security best practices within the Heroku environment
Minimum 4 years of Heroku design and development experience
Familiar with SOQL queries for data retrieval and testing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn quickly, be organized and detail oriented
Deadline oriented
Ability to multitask
Familiar with working in a matrix environment
Analytical Skills
Knowledge of web coding including PostgreSQL and JSON
Familiarity with large datasets
Ability to liaison with non programmers

Salary Range:
$119, $159,819.28

Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
