As a provider of broad technology expertise in the field of high-precision metal processing, our client supports its customers in various markets.

With its 3 locations in Saxony, it delivers solutions for the automotive, motorcycle and aviation industries, as well as for plant engineering and medical technology.

We are currently looking for several machine operators (m/f/d) for the Reinsberg location near Nossen.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:
Prepare/load machine according to work order, select/start specified machining program, monitor part supply/removal and machine operation Prepare tools, perform tool change/correction (e.g.

indexable insert), enter tool geometry data into system, set cutting values according to plan Produce test part, check according to quality assurance and, if necessary, correct setting data/cutting values; continuously check parts for dimensional accuracy, quality and completeness according to quality assurance Document work progress, measurement values, scrap/rework; report production orders in ERP system and machine occupancy plan Pack/store/transport parts according to instructions; perform transport work with forklift from/to machine, from/to transfer surfaces Independently resolve simple system downtimes (e.g.
