    POSITION SUMMARY
    You will be providing Level III IT Support and Break/Fix resolution from our client's location.

    You need patience and the ability to ask the right questions that uncover details critical to the resolution of issues.

    This position reports to the Service Manager.
    The salary for this position is $90,000+ (negotiable based on experience).

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Proven Experience as a Network Engineer or relevant position
    Act as a liaison between Vendors and clients for open vendor support requests
    Diagnose and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
    Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
    Organize and schedule diagnostic testing around client availability to inhibit impact
    Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, etc.)
    Maintain records of support interactions and time spent in ConnectWise (communication, diagnostics tests / results)
    Identify and document computer or network equipment warranty issues and communicate them internally
    Ability to communicate effectively
    Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    Ability to take criticism
    Excellent Organizational and time-management skills
    In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
    Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
    Ability to think outside the box
    Looking to grow and improve their skillset

    DESIRED
    SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE
    Working Knowledge of the Cisco ACI Fabric, Solid experience with CISCO ACI will be a major plus
    Minimum 5 years detailed experience in configuration of Cisco ASA
    Minimum 5 years detailed experience in configuration of Cisco Routers and Switches
    Setup and Configuration experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers and Cisco Wireless access points
    Thorough technical knowledge in the design, implementation, and operation of TCP/IP networks to include layers 1-3 routing
    Experience with SDWAN or training with Cisco SDWAN
    Experience with Microsoft MFA, Zscaler, and RSA
    Complete working knowledge of Microsoft Office Including Microsoft Visio for network designs and diagrams
    Must be Cisco Certified or working towards at least a CCNP with qualifying and in-depth Cisco networking experience
    Technical Support Experience: 3-5 Years (Preferred)
    Experience working with SonicWall devices (Preferred)
    Experience working with HP Devices (Preferred)
    Diagnose and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
