    We are in need of a print room operator that has experience with illustrator and operating multiple printers and vinyl plotters at the same time. We are an interior signage company that specializes in ADA compliant signs. Our processes utilize multiple printers to prepare media we use in our manufacturing processes to make ink screen and photopolymer negatives. We also utilize a mutoh flat bed printer to print signage. Any experience in the signage will rush you to the front of the line. We also have Roland large format vinyl printer and plotter and several smaller printers for making inserts and other items.

    We offer a competitive salary, vacation and sick time, and participation in the 401(k) matching program after 90 days of service.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate print operations and activities
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
    • Load and unload equipment and materials
    • Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
    • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the equipment
    • Work with various suppliers to resolve issues or match colors

    • Familiarity with printers and plotters
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to handle physical workload
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
