The right person will have a strong work ethic and will be required to work on multiple days between 8am and 5pm.

• Providing excellent Customer service and assistance.
• Booking grooming appointments and balancing schedules.
• Check in of customers for grooming appointments.
• Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries.
• Assisting other members of the team as required.
• Selling of grooming services and products.
• Ensuring the work areas are kept clean and tidy
• Equipment preparation for groomers
• Filing and customer Database maintenance.
• Inventory ordering and display.
• Have a passion for dogs and cats.
• Have a strong knowledge of dog and cat breeds and familiarity of grooming.
• Have experience working with dogs and cats.
• Be outgoing and personable with a polite telephone manner.
• Be punctual, reliable and flexible.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be computer literate with experience of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
• Be a self starter and also be able to work as part of a team.
• Be flexible with the days they can work.
