Your tasks:

As a sales representative (m/f/d) for the inside sales department, you will advise, support and inspire our customers over the phone as well as in person at our branch in Pomona. Thanks to your service-oriented and proactive approach, you will identify the needs of our customers and support them with full passion.

In detail:

  • You will support our customers with heart and passion through various sales channels (phone, email, online shop, as well as in person)
  • You will handle all tasks from creating offers to order processing, complaint handling and credit note creation
  • You will act as a liaison in the branch and be the direct contact for our field sales team and warehouse colleagues
  • You will regularly exchange information with the branch manager and provide updates on specific customer requirements and noticeable developments in customers and direct competition

Your profile:

  • You have completed a relevant vocational training with professional experience
  • Whether you come from a workshop and want to apply your practical knowledge, whether you are a commercial vehicle specialist or sales expert - what is most important to us is that you are a salesperson with heart and passion
  • You have a strong service orientation, are communicative and have a convincing and confident manner when dealing with customers
