Your responsibilities:

You independently and reliably manage construction projects in the field of damage restoration in buildings.
You coordinate and oversee constructionrelated work steps on schedule and with expertise.
Providing professional and serviceoriented construction site management is your top priority.
You handle coordination and communication with suppliers and subcontractors.
You communicate with representatives of clients on the construction site.

Your profile:

You have relevant experience in construction sites, a vocational training and/or further education as a technician or master craftsman.
Solid experience in project management in the field of damage restoration or in the ventilation sector is advantageous.
You are proficient in MS Office applications and have knowledge of construction contract law (VOB).
