Responsibilities:

Front Desk Excellence: Efficiently manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and handling phone inquiries.

Patient Engagement: Warmly greet patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing their needs throughout their visit.

Administrative Coordination: Collaborate with clinical staff for seamless patient flow and an excellent patient experience.

Insurance Handling: Assist patients with insurance matters, accurately process claims, and facilitate billing procedures.

Communication: Effectively communicate treatment plans, financial estimates, and post-operative instructions to patients.

Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and OSHA, to maintain a safe and confidential environment.


Qualifications:

Experience: At least 1 year of Dental Office Experience (Knowledge of Open Dental Software is a plus)

Exceptional Communication Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and maintain order in a busy front desk setting.
