Reside Rentals is seeking a Property Management Property Inspector who will specialize in monitoring the overall condition of our rental properties.

As a rapidly growing residential property management company in Logan, Utah, Reside Rentals strives to deliver outstanding management services to our clients, while providing a fun, innovative, and rewarding environment for our employees.

The successful candidate will work closely in a professional office environment with maintenance, leasing, management, and accounting department employees. This position interacts with these multiple different departments, as well as with property owners and residents.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assessing maintenance needs and repairs at propertiesEvaluating new properties for items that need to be resolved prior to commencing management activitiesCompleting routine inspections at each property with some minor maintenance tasks, such as: replacing smoke detector batteries or installing new smoke detectorsreplacing burnt out lightbulbsreplacing furnace filtersreplacing thermostat batteriesConducting move-out inspections and comparing condition to move-in reportsDocumenting property condition via photographs and/or videoEntering detailed work requests for maintenance personnel to completeVerifying properties are ready for occupancySetting and meeting deadlines for occupancyQualifications:High school degree or equivalentAbility to work during business hours of Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pmAbility to work 40 hours per week during the summer months and at least 25-40 hours per week the rest of the yearConstruction background or knowledge of common home repairs is helpful, but not necessarily requiredAbility to learn new skills quickly with an attention to detailAbility to think independently and work effectively with minimal directionAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize accordinglyDemonstration of self-motivation and initiative on the jobCompensation:Starting at $17-20/hr DOEOptional overtime or on-call pay available401k plan with matching company contribution#J-18808-Ljbffr
