- Greet and welcome guests, providing a positive first impression of the brand.
- Conduct vehicle intakes and provide education-based guidance to meet customer needs.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and emails for detailing clients.
- Support inbound calls for other customer concerns.
- Maintain calendars for the Executive Office and Showroom Schedule.
- File important documents and keep digital records well organized.
- Implement and maintain procedures for office systems (Teams, Salesforce, etc.).
- Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running smoothly.
- Provide feedback and reporting to office management.
- Always represent the company professionally both online and offline.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks to support office management as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness of the front and back of the house.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Competent in writing, reading, and speaking effectively with customers and the team.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Social Networking, Email communication.
- Minimum Desired Education: Some college (communications, marketing, or business preferred).
- Minimum Desired Experience: 1 year.
- Preferred Experience: Customer service, marketing, or administrative work preferred.
