    About Us: Autowash Management LLC is a leading car wash company based in Denver, CO. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and a welcoming environment for both our customers and our team. We are currently looking for a high-energy, friendly face to join our team as an Office Receptionist.

    Position Summary: The Autowash receptionist is the first point of contact for our visitors and customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all visitors have a positive experience with our company. This role involves greeting and welcoming guests, managing phone calls and emails, supporting office management, and performing various clerical duties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome guests, providing a positive first impression of the brand.
    • Conduct vehicle intakes and provide education-based guidance to meet customer needs.
    • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and emails for detailing clients.
    • Support inbound calls for other customer concerns.
    • Maintain calendars for the Executive Office and Showroom Schedule.
    • File important documents and keep digital records well organized.
    • Implement and maintain procedures for office systems (Teams, Salesforce, etc.).
    • Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running smoothly.
    • Provide feedback and reporting to office management.
    • Always represent the company professionally both online and offline.
    • Perform miscellaneous tasks to support office management as needed.
    • Ensure cleanliness of the front and back of the house.
    Requirements:

    Accountabilities:

    • Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
    • Competent in writing, reading, and speaking effectively with customers and the team.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Social Networking, Email communication.
    • Minimum Desired Education: Some college (communications, marketing, or business preferred).
    • Minimum Desired Experience: 1 year.
    • Preferred Experience: Customer service, marketing, or administrative work preferred.
