Description

Wellcare Pal is looking for a Yard Foreman to assist in overseeing day-to-day safety operations for a motorcoach transportation company.

You will be working on our yard lot with buses as well as mínimal in-office work. This position does not require high-level computer skills but more hands-on skills and experience.

You must be someone who loves to be mobile and active

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Work closely with team in assisting to regulate and execute overall safety operations
Performing daily safety quality assurance inspections
Following up on maintenance and repairs
Assisting safety team in ensuring operations are adhering to DOT/CHP regulations
Coordinating between drivers and management team to resolve conflicts or issues
Bus washing
Ordering automotive parts
Lifting and moving automotive parts

*This position has an opportunity for salary increase after a 90-day probation period based on employee performance.

Qualifications:

Must be a team player
Organized, detailed, and ontime
Must be flexible on schedule
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Energetic, outgoing, rigorous
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Levelheaded and personable
Have reliable transportation to East Los Angeles
Previous experience within the motorcoach/transportation industry is a HUGE plus

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
