- Prepare detailed cost estimates and production home building projects
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other industry professionals
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers to identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, bid documents, and project budgets
- Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to management
- Participate in job site visits and meetings as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relate field preferred
- 3 years of experience in customer and/or production home building estimating
- Experience with estimating softwares (i.e. – Quick or Onscreen is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and part of team
- Strong attention to detail, vendor relations, collaborate with members in other departments.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to job sites and work in varying weather conditions
- $65,000 – $75,000 base salary.

The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in commercial and/or residential estimating and be proficient in MS Office. Field experience is highly preferred. The role will primarily work in an office setting with occasional travel to job sites.
