Home Health Care Nurse


Responsibilities:


  • Planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating healthcare services for the LHCSA.
  • Monitor Clinical Compliance by ensuring the agency operates within the standards of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the NY DOH.
  • Conduct home visits to supervise staff, conduct intake assessments, and evaluate care.
  • Participate in Quarterly Quality Improvement Committee meetings to ensure proper Clinical Compliance.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree/RN license required.
  • Car required with valid drivers' license, registration, and required insurance

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
From $55.00 per hour
