Job Description
Job DescriptionEl Concilio California is accepting applications for our open State Data Specialist within our Early Childhood Development Centers. Under the general supervision of the Family and Engagement Coordinator, manage and maintain the organization's State data systems and ensure compliance with state contracts and guidelines. State Data Specialist involves maintaining and monitoring children's attendance, waitlists, files, and monthly reports to the State. The State Data Clerk collaborated with various departments to coordinate audits and support other departmental functions as needed. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Employment Type: Full-Time; Non-Exempt (40 hours weekly)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday;
Requirements:
Qualifications:
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly recommended. Proven experience in data management or clerical work. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Language Skills: Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred.
