Technical Customer Service Representative in the
eastern part of Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry of master data in the area of smoke detectors
  • Telephone support for our customers, email correspondence with customers
  • Triggering of service protocols (smoke detectors)

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an office management clerk or comparable qualification required
  • First professional experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Team player with a serviceoriented mindset
  • Reliable and organized work style
