    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the commercial truck tire industry.

    The ideal candidate will be based remotely in the Midwest, possessing extensive experience in sales management, particularly within the truck tire sector.

    MUST HAVE experience in the Truck/Bus/Rail tire markets and be comfortable selling into fleet/dealer/OEM markets.

    The client is a leading provider of premium truck tires, serving the transportation and logistics industry across New England.

    With a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we strive to deliver superior tire solutions to our clients, optimizing their fleet performance and operational efficiency.

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the New England region.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and networking within the trucking and transportation industry.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and delivery of superior products and services.

    Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

    Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements, maintaining a deep understanding of the truck tire market landscape.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the truck tire industry.
    Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing remote teams and driving sales performance.
    Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools.
    Flexibility to travel within the New England region as needed.
    Performance-based incentives up to 50%.
