- You use and combine agile tools purposefully and shape processes, contributing to the change of existing structures.
- You support development teams in the introduction and use of agile working methods and in customer projects.
- You shape values, visions, missions or strategy workshops with individual or multiple teams.
- You promote an open feedback and error culture.
Candidate Profile
- Solid practical experience in an agile environment
- Extensive methodological knowledge in the field of Scrum, Kanban or similar models
- Solution-oriented, structured way of working
- Methodical training through studies, further education or certification (PAL, PSM, CSM or similar) desirable
- Very good German and good English skills.
