JJAS Door Installations is seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to support our project and operations teams. This role is essential to keeping projects organized and moving—managing documentation, coordination, compliance tracking, and professional communication with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Upload/download documents through project platforms li>Maintain clean file management in OneDrive/SharePoint li>Draft routine project emails iTrack COIs W-9s vendor paperwork required compliance docs iiCollect closeout documentation warranties O&M manuals etc iiiSchedule deliveries walkthroughs meetings confirm site contacts access ivTake meeting minutes distribute action items due dates vCoordinate field team on required information documentation support viSupport PO document delivery tracking backorder follow-ups viiAssist discrepancy documentation shortages/damage vendor communication
