Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office supply orders
- Maintain and update calendars for meetings, appointments, and events
- QUICKBOOKS experience preffered.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with training development and coordination
- Support human resources activities, including onboarding new employees
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Proficient in budgeting and expense tracking
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with file management systems and document organization
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Willis, TX required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Willis, TX 77378: Relocate before starting work (required)
