Description

We are currently hiring a
Customer Service Representative for our Produce company in
DTLA. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and the procurement team.

Working closely with our buyers, you will assist in managing orders, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.


Schedule:
Monday-Saturday; 3rd shift-3am


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with our procurement team to coordinate orders, pricing, and product availability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on orders.
  • Work closely with buyers to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock availability to meet customer demand.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the produce industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
  • Availability to work the 3rd shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Deep understanding of produce terminology, products, and industry standards.
  • Bilingual; Spanish.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and working with buyers is an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Passion for the produce industry and a commitment to delivering excellence in customer service.

$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Experience level:

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Overnight shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
