TrustWorks Law is seeking a meticulous and proactive Legal Assistant to join our estate planning law firm in Plantation, Florida.

TrustWorks provides comprehensive personalized estate planning services to help clients prepare for the future.


As a Legal Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate preparation and organization of all Estate Planning documents.

Responsibilities:


  • Type, edit, format and proofread a variety of moderate to complex documents and collaborate with attorneys to coordinate document production.
  • Print and organize estate planning documents for client signings.
  • Preparation of Estate Planning books, meticulously ensuring accuracy before and after signings.
  • Answering the telephones and directing calls, as necessary.
  • Filing all documents and loose papers systematically, maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned with dedication and professionalism.

  • Exemplary professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including familiarity with standard office software.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Adaptability in handling diverse tasks and responsibilities.
  • Profoundly detailoriented, ensuring accuracy in all endeavors.
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a dedicated team member.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment efficiently, including scanner/copy/fax/postal machines and computers/printers.
