is searching for a
Full-Time apartment
Leasing Professional to complete our team at
The Chiswick, a luxury apartment community located in
Fox Point, WI.

If you excel at customer service, are personable, can multi-task in a fast paced environment, and embody a professional demeanor, you're a great fit for a role as a Leasing Professional with Mandel As a Leasing Professional, you'll handle a variety of tasks throughout the day and week, dabbling in sales, marketing and resident retention duties.

You'll work closely with the other office team members and facilities staff to make each day amazing for your residents and ensure we're providing the finest customer service possible.

Previous sales experience and/or leasing is strongly preferred along with computer skills. Please note that leasing positions will require weekend shifts.

What you'll do as a Leasing Professional:

• Quickly develop complete product knowledge of your apartment community;
• Maintain an effective closing ratio and lease apartments;
• Understand and follow Mandel leasing and company practices at all times;
• Know competitive products and communicate trends/market conditions to the office team;
• Provide amazing customer service and assist residents with issues or concerns;
• General administrative duties;
• Other duties to assist overall property management efforts.

Requirement:

• Available to work weekends
• Previous Apartment Leasing experience preferred, but not required
