- Medical terminology coursework, with medical secretarial/administrative degree preferred. Prior similar work experience in leu of degree is acceptable.
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
- Successful candidate will exhibit excellent customer service skills, will possess high attention to detail, demonstrate flexibility, dependability, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, while maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

- Strong computer skill-set required; must be proficient in Windows-based computer systems.

This is a direct patient-service position as a front-line receptionist / patient registration / appointment scheduler in our Clinic setting.
The Patient Access Representative represents the organization in a professional manner by greeting patients/visitors in a prompt and welcoming fashion.
They will efficiently and accurately schedule patient appointments for medical providers and consults, assist with reception and registration duties and be an integral part of the patient experience.

Hours/Schedule:
Variable Monday-Friday, day schedule ranging from 7AM-5PM. Total of 48 hours per 2-week pay period and is fully benefits eligible.
