$18.00-$21.00 based on experience


If you are looking to make a difference, we'd love to talk to you We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team


In this role, you would be responsible for the full scope of building maintenance to include day-to-day repairs, preventative maintenance, planned works and renovations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Performing all aspects of maintenance in and around the Lakewood campus.
  • Ensuring repair work orders are processed and completed timely.
  • Providing assistance to outside vendors as necessary.
  • Ensuring all preventative maintenance works are completed in a timely manner and that all materials and tools are adequately stocked and properly stored.
  • Assisting with resident moves
  • Providing emergency or out of business hours maintenance as needed.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in maintenance trade or equivalent vocational training.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Experience diagnosing maintenance needs including complex problems.
