The title of this position is for an "Executive Recruiter," however, this role is the same as an Outside Sales Representative.

Our location is 727 E Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ New hires will come into the office during their first 6 months of employment.

After that, they may have the option to work from home 50%-100% of the time depending on their performance.

Position Description:
We are looking to hire 1-2 additional Executive Recruiters to join our family. We are busier than ever and hope to hire immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Perform with a sense of urgency to fill given positions within 57 business days

Benefits/Selling Points:

• Base Salary: $60,000 plus uncapped commission. Expected firstyear commission based on GP: $20,000$30,000
• Option to go on 100% commission after 90 days of employment

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to eagerly be on the phones the majority of the workday which equates to 4 hours/day of active time on the phone
• Must be comfortable and successful at cold calling. This role is a verbal/phone job position
• Thirst for improving people's professional life with a great opportunity and next step in their career
• Sales aptitude of skills including emotional intelligence, active listening skills, etc.
• At least two years of sales, business development, verbal recruiting, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to think on your feet conversationally while recalling essential information
• Must be selfmotivated and salesdriven
• Positive mental attitude and outlook about sales and life
• Resilient character strong enough to withstand the highs and lows of a commissionbased role
• Confident and friendly written and verbal communicator
• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Successful experience working in a highvolume, cold calling environment
• Bachelor's Degree or higher

$70, $120,000.00 per year
