How you can contribute:

  • Processing of delivery notes
  • Coordination of pickup dates and volumes with the responsible freight forwarders
  • Coordination of the creation of shipping documents in the WMS and handover to the driver
  • Coordination of the administrative clearance of carriers, including the creation of loading orders and documentation of arrival and departure times
  • Clarification of discrepancies
  • Troubleshooting in case of clarification and special cases
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness and proper filing (computer and paper)
  • Forwarding of damage cases to the appropriate department
