Front Office Agent - Relocation Bonus m/f/d:

Your responsibilities:


  • Warmly welcoming and bidding farewell to our guests.
  • Point of contact for all guest needs.
  • Checkin & checkout.
  • Receiving guest requests and upselling.
  • Complaint management.

We expect from you:


  • A successful completed education in the hotel industry.
  • Previous experience in a larger city hotel, with an international focus preferred.
  • Enjoyment of working as a host.
  • Strong guest and service orientation.
