Your tasks:

Monitoring and analysis of existing processes and their optimization in terms of efficiency, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
Ensuring a high level of quality by designing, standardizing, facilitating, documenting, and automating factory and field tests
Development and implementation of measures to prevent errors and continuous improvement
Conducting risk analyses and developing corresponding measures to minimize risks
Close collaboration with other departments, especially development and product management, to ensure smooth integration of new products and processes
Creation and maintenance of process documentation, work instructions, and test plans
Review of regulatory requirements of the Oxford Group and customers, and partial implementation without negatively impacting process speed and innovation

Completed degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
Professional experience in process optimization and quality assurance, preferably in the manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of quality management, Six Sigma, or similar
Experience with regulatory requirements (RoHS, REACH, CE, compliance) and their implementation in production processes
Experience in process optimization and standardization
Good communication and teamwork
