We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Germany and capitalize on the incredible market potential for Databricks.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, as an Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on acquiring new enterprise-level clients and provide expert insights on the Big Data and Advanced Analytics industry.


Your impact will include:


  • Assessing your territory, developing account strategies, and implementing them successfully
  • Identifying new business opportunities, securing new clients, and increasing usage of the Lakehouse platform by aligning its benefits with your clients' strategic objectives
  • Coordinating and leveraging our field engineering teams to deliver valuable outcomes for clients
  • Demonstrating and showcasing the value of our platform to guide successful negotiations and close deals

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling complex software solutions to new enterprise clients in Germany
  • A passion for acquiring new clients (also known as the "hunter mentality")
  • Familiarity with consumptionbased, land and expand sales models is a plus
  • Evidence of creating demand and delivering significant value for clients
  • Experience with sales methodologies and processes, such as account planning, MEDDPICC, Value Selling, and accurate forecasting
  • The ability to develop partnerships with
