As part of the team expansion, we are looking for a Trainee - Innovation Management (m/f/d).


Responsibilities

  • Creation, simulation, and updating of the project portfolio and continuous improvement of project portfolio management
  • Getting to know different departments within Corporate Technology as well as important interface areas both domestically and internationally
  • As a project member, you will take on responsible tasks in operational and strategic projects
  • Identification and consolidation of different key figures through reporting falls within your area of responsibility
  • Management of the resource pool and master data, as well as systematic preparation of decision templates, are also part of your tasks

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or industrial engineering
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Enthusiasm and handson mentality
  • High level of communication and intercultural competence
  • Ideally, you have first relevant practical knowledge in innovation management of a manufacturing company through internships, training, or work experience
  • Very good English language skills
